The quote after the survey is a fixed price for the described scope and is valid for 30 days. It changes only if the scope changes or if something appears that was not visible at the survey, for example water damage behind a lining. In that case you get a variation to approve before the work is carried out.
No. The quote is valid for 30 days and we follow up exactly once in that period. If you decline, we appreciate a sentence on why, but we do not ask three times.
