Contractors in Lippstadt: refurbishment, floors, construction cleaning

Lippstadt sits conveniently for us on the B55 and therefore falls, despite the district boundary, inside the radius where travel is included. The stock is dominated by one and two-family houses, so a large share of jobs are modernisations in occupied properties: renewing the floor, moving walls, having the bathroom rebuilt and doing the fit-out around it.

Because dust control decides how an occupied job goes, we work here almost always with airlocks at every doorway and clear up completely each evening. It costs time, but it is the difference between a tolerable and an intolerable build phase for the occupants.
