No. Each item is costed separately and can be ordered on its own. The advantage of the full package is not a discount, it is that nobody is waiting on somebody else between trades.

From roughly EUR 800 net the travel makes sense for both sides. Below that we are happy to bundle several small items into one visit, for example a drywall partition plus jointing plus a final clean.

By default we supply materials and show them as a separate line so you can see the mark-up. If you want to source them yourself we quote labour only. Warranty on the material then sits with you.

For private clients under BGB contract-for-work law, which gives you the better warranty position. For developers and main contractors under VOB/B where the tender requires it.
