BAUIGO is based in Rheda-Wiedenbrück and works across the Gütersloh district, the wider OWL region, and nationwide for exhibition stands. We are deliberately broad, but not indiscriminate.
It started with interior fit-out: drywall, jointing, floors. On almost every job the client asked the same question, namely who tears the old stuff out and who cleans up at the end. The answer was a third firm every time, and the interface was the problem every time.
So we took on the strip-out ourselves, and then the post-construction clean. Contract cleaning grew out of the construction cleaning, because building managers asked us after handover whether we would stay. Exhibition stands came via a client looking for a stand builder who realised that drylining crews have exactly the skills the job needs.
The result is a firm that can take a fit-out from strip-out to handover without an outside contractor. Not because that sounds impressive, but because the waiting time between trades is the most expensive part of any site.
No ticketing system, no service address. You message the person running your site on WhatsApp or by email and normally hear back within a few hours on a working day. By phone as well, of course.
Every deviation from the quote is put in writing and has to be approved before we carry it out.
We do not do asbestos, structural design, electrical or plumbing. We name firms that are licensed for it instead of taking the job anyway.
Airlocks at every doorway, floor protection, daily rough clean. That is in our price, not in a variation.
An honest list is more useful than a service catalogue that promises everything.
A site visit takes 60 to 120 minutes and costs nothing. Afterwards you know what it costs and when we can start.
